When selling your home, there are no guarantees that a buyer will simply walk through the front door. Effective marketing efforts by you and your agent will help ensure that your property receives maximum exposure to attract a ready, willing and able buyer. Some factors that can improve or hurt your chances are the appearance of your home, (curb appeal) a buyer’s first impression, and staging.  Have you previewed with your agent the other active homes your neighborhood? My initial reply is “Because I’m the best”… but I’m not. I make mistakes just like every other agent does. Most just don’t admit it. My clients think I’m the best because I’m honest and provide the very best service for them. I get their house sold or I find them their perfect new address. Sometimes both!
